Led by: Shaidon Woods & Mishqa Roberts – long-time dancers and choreographers bringing depth, intention, and artistry to every class.

Each class includes: Posture-improving warm-up Body-awareness & mind-body connection ZOUK technical foundations (steps & styling) Focus: Discovering and solidifying your unique movement. This self-awareness makes you a more grounded, responsive, conscious partner—on any dance floor.
